Zinc reduces diarrhea, colds in infants
We investigated the impact of daily multivitamin and zinc supplementation on the health of Tanzanian infants. In our randomized, double-blind study involving 2,400 infants, we compared the effects of these supplements against a placebo over 18 months.

Our findings revealed that while zinc significantly reduced occurrences of diarrhea and acute respiratory infections, multivitamins did not provide additional benefits. Ultimately, zinc supplementation starting at 6 weeks may be beneficial for reducing some common illnesses in infants, but multivitamins did not show any significant positive impact.

Effective vitamins
These vitamins are superb. The Garden of Life B-complex, along with probiotics and enzymes, is effective. I take two courses a year for a month and keep a jar on hand for when I feel a common cold coming on. My body feels grateful for them.

Excellent! When I’m fatigued or have a common cold, I take vitamin C and propolis together, and I feel better by the next morning. I plan to buy it again.
